Michael Best is pleased to invite STEM students to attend an Intellectual Property (IP) Open House at our Washington DC Office. Our Open House will be held on Thursday, March 9th from 5:00 – 7:00pm, during which students may arrive and leave at any time to accommodate unique schedules. However, there will be a formal Q&A session that begins at 6:00pm, at which attendance is highly encouraged.Our event is an opportunity for students to visit our office, get a glimpse into what life is like at a law firm, and learn about the field of Intellectual Property as a career path. This is a wonderful chance to meet some of our engineers, scientists, patent agents, and IP attorneys to network, ask questions, and make a lasting impression prior to our hiring season for our *2018* Summer EDGE Internship Program and beyond. This is not an interview, nor is it a formal event, so students are welcome to wear smart casual/business casual attire.
While our hiring needs for our 2017 program have all been filled, we anticipate our 2018 EDGE Internship Program to have openings in Washington DC, Milwaukee, WI, Madison, WI, and Chicago, IL.
