What role are we hiring for? Full-time Associate Consultant
As an Associate Consultant, you will build core consulting skills and be involved in every phase of a consulting engagement, from pre-proposal research through final implementation. Once you join the GEP family, you will benefit from a structured learning curriculum and be assigned a mentor to enable your success and career progression. Soon after your orientation period, you will join a project team, working at a client location, sharing your ideas, solving problems and providing solutions in the areas of purchasing, supply chain management, business process outsourcing, and technology. This role will build your project management skills as you partner with our clients to drive digital transformation, change management and cost reduction initiatives. You will interact directly with clients to further develop your communication and presentation abilities while delivery world-class solutions daily.
