Companies across all industries have been focused on diversifying their workforce.

For many, this has meant increased hiring of women, people of color, veterans, people with disabilities and people from underrepresented backgrounds, but what does diversity recruitment, hiring and retention look like in 2023?

Join us for this two-part exploratory event, which begins with a panel conversation featuring representatives from top companies across industries sharing their career paths, experiences within their fields, and what diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) looks like in action at their specific organizations.

After the panel, Columbia students will have the opportunity to network with their peers and connect with participating employers that have demonstrated a commitment to DEIB in their hiring and workplace.
