Undergraduate students who identify as FLI (First Generation, Low-Income) are invited to attend an exclusive Career Fair Preview ahead of the Spring Undergraduate Career Fair! This backstage pass will include:

  • Early access to the Career Fair
  • Chances to practice your introduction with a small group of peers
  • Opportunities to connect with employers interested in hiring FLI students
  • Tips for navigating the fair and approaching employer tables
  • Guidance on how to highlight skills gained through life and work experiences
  • Sample questions to ask prospective employers

Space is limited, so registration is required. This opportunity is especially of interest to students in First in Family (FIF), Academic Success Programs (ASP), the Program for Academic Leadership and Service (PALS), and the Jack Kent Cooke Scholars Program.

IMPORTANT NOTES

The recommended dress code for the Career Fair is business or business casual attire. Suits are available to reserve in advance from CCE’s Clothing Closet.

We recommend bringing printed copies of your resume.

We invite you to schedule an appointment with a career counselor or come by during daily Quick Questions hours (Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm) for support in developing your materials or preparing for the fair.
