We offer unique internship, externship, and mentorship programs that allow you to explore your career interests and develop key professional skills that will make you attractive to prospective employers.

The programs provide a community of peers with whom you go through tailored professional development training. You also receive career counseling support alongside your experience to help you best prepare, be successful in the workplace, build your professional network, and reflect on your experience upon completion.

Career Exploration Summit

The Career Exploration Summit (CES) is a virtual opportunity for undergraduates to explore and engage with alumni in brand name companies across various industries. The program will feature a series of 90-minute alumni panels across three days where students will have the opportunity to connect with alumni to explore careers while developing skills alongside a cohort of fellow Columbia students.

Columbia Global Career Accelerator

Enhance your resume and gain real-world experience with the Columbia Global Career Accelerator. This virtual summer program, designed by industry experts in collaboration with Podium Education, features project-based learning opportunities with leading organizations such as Intel and the Grammys.
