114 employers visited Columbia to connect with undergraduates

On Friday, September 13th the Center for Career Education welcomed 114 employers to Alfred Lerner Hall for the 2019 Undergraduate Career Fair (UCF)

What types of Employers Attend a Career Fair? 

Employers represented a vast array of industries including Communications & Media, Healthcare, International Affairs, Consulting, Technology, Financial Services — and more.  Companies both large and small found the event valuable to their recruiting efforts.  A few employers new to this year included Mastercard, Babbel, Luxottica Group, WeWork, Juniper Square, and the US Golf Association.

Who Can I connect with At Career Fair? 

UCF is a great event for students to connect with company recruiters as well as with Columbia Alumni.  More than 80 Columbia Alumni attended the event on behalf of their employer to network and help students build their professional networks.

What Did Employers Think of Columbia Students? 

Over 1,200 undergraduate students representing Columbia College, Columbia Engineering, the School of General Studies and Barnard College arrived ready to network with company representatives. Here is a little bit of what some of our employers had to say:
