What will I do? The Pfizer Consulting & Execution (PCE) Analyst will support global and U.S. regional operational management consulting projects of varying complexity and scope. These projects range from US focus to global projects impacting each of Pfizer’s locations. Depending on the project the colleague will provide project and program management support, engage in thought partnership with PCE and Pfizer colleagues, and create meaningful recommendations through fact base analysis. The PCE Analyst will play an important role in driving projects forward that directly impact Pfizer’s ability to grow and drive more positively impact health everywhere. The PCE Analyst will use an ever growing management consulting skillset, a thirst for learning and knowledge to support projects by analyzing issues, driving alignment, and achieving operational improvement solutions for the business units. Typical projects include transformations such as restructuring components of the business, developing and implementing new operating models and governance, improving business processes, building new capabilities, etc. Projects may be global or regional in nature and often involve multiple divisions and/or Business Units (BUs). The PCE Analyst provides project and program management support and is a critical partner with the project lead and sponsor of any project.

The typical activities of a PCE Analyst include developing a project plan, conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, collecting and analyzing data, conducting research on various subjects and developing solutions.

What do I need? The PCE Analyst will need to be highly proactive, work collaboratively with other groups, have strong attention to detail, along with written, verbal and listening skills, presentation skills, teaming, facilitation, mental agility and relationship building skills. The Analyst will most often work on a team of both PCE and BU colleagues, collaborating to deliver on projects per established timelines. The colleague also needs to cultivate and maintain relationships across internal stakeholders within the business units and other divisions to drive business critical solutions.

Candidate Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
• 0-2 years’ experience • Interest / Experience in Management Consulting
• Ability to learn and develop on the job
• Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as part of a close-knit team
• Strong oral and written communications capabilities • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
