What are corporate rotational programs?
Rotational programs are an excellent look into all aspects of business. These programs give a crash course on all aspects of business including:
- Marketing & sales
- Research & development
- Supply chain
Corporate rotational programs provide you with in-depth experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training across a range of business areas within a company. Companies usually use these types of programs to hire interns or post-graduates and train them through rotational programs (i.e. rotating through different parts of a company) or specific, structured training programs. The goal is to recruit and develop leaders for their organization.
This event will highlight the value of the training, mentorship, and experience that rotational programs have to offer. Previous companies who attended the event include: Bloomingdale’s, NBC Universal, GlaxoSmithKline, Mastercard, and many more!
