We recognize the importance of cultural identity within your career journey, and look to facilitate dialogue where students can equip themselves with tools for success by learning from the lived experiences of alumni with shared identities. The Students & Alumni of Color panel will allow students the opportunity to:
- Hear from alumni about the ways in which their identity played a role in successfully navigating Columbia and the job search
- Discuss ways to find mentorship and build a professional network
- Network with alumni and peers
This session will include a panel with alumni and breakout rooms where you can learn more from alumni in small groups. You are welcome to come and turn your camera on or off if you just want to listen. The dress code is casual.
