Opportunities in Technology & Operations for Students and Graduates AB’s Technology & Operations (TOP) full-time two-year Associate Program offers you a career that’s exciting, rewarding, and full of possibilities. You will be given tools needed for professional growth and career advancement while completing four six-month rotations, before joining a permanent team. We also offer a ten-week internship for college juniors and first-year master’s students, with a potential offer into our Associate program!
