About LionSHARE

CCE transitioned to a new LionSHARE platform powered by Handshake on August 1, 2016. This new LionSHARE on-line career services platform is a robust recruiting tool and way for employers to connect with students and alumni served by CCE about available employment opportunities. LionSHARE provides employers with the opportunity to post targeted job and internship opportunities, more effectively connect with students and alumni, pursue on-campus recruiting, and more.

Use of the LionSHARE system is free of charge. This includes postings. Note that most On-Campus Recruiting events such as On-Campus Interviews, Career Fairs and Information Sessions do have costs associated.

Posting a Personal Service Opportunity

Individuals are welcome to post positions that are not within a company and are for personal purposes (i.e. babysitting, help in your home, tutoring, etc.) by registering under the "Temp Time" umbrella employer account. In registering a LionSHARE account, when prompted for your company, select "Create Company Profile," and list your company name as your last name - Temp Time. Example: Smith - Temp Time.

  • Individual employers  seeking to hire for reasons such as babysitting and private tutoring should refer to the PDF instructions labeled Individual (Temp Time) Employer LionSHARE Posting Instructions.


Unpaid Internships & Posting Policies

Please review the guidelines for posting unpaid internships and information on academic credit here. Keep in mind that all postings must follow Equal Employment Opportunity Laws that prohibit discrimination based on race, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetic information. The Center for Career Education reserves the right to make a determination of the appropriateness of the positions being offered for the populations it serves.  For additional policies, including information on academic credit and unpaid internships, visit our policies and procedures page.


Third Party Recruiters

Third party recruiters, staffing agencies, search firms and the like are welcome to post opportunities in LionSHARE. Upon initial registration, please select "Yes, I am," when asked whether you are a Third Party Recruiter. Also note in your Employer Account Information your Third Party Recruiter status for applicants to view.
