Columbia Attracts Multinational Employers

October 14, 2009

The Center for Career Education's International Organizations Day is designed to capitalize on one of Columbia's many advantages of being located in New York City: our unparalleled access to international organizations. Specifically, if you're interested in the idea of working for multilateral governance and/or development organizations (including the OECD, UNICEF, IMF, World Bank, UN Secretariat, and more), this event is for you.

IOD has two main features. First, over the course of the day, each attending organization will make a presentation of its goals and history, which will be followed by an open Q&A session addressing the organization's potential career paths as well as their specific contemporary talent needs.  Second, students who attend will have the opportunity to interact informally with representatives from the attending institutions in the manner of a career fair.

This is a once-a-year shot to gain information about and access to a variety of international employers - register online now!

Once you have registered, please remember to check our Special Events Website for organization profiles as the date gets closer.
