CCIA Application Process
You must be a currently enrolled full-time undergraduate student at Columbia College, The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science or the School of General Studies and be able to commit to working 10-20 hours per week for ten or more weeks in an internship.
Students are only eligible to be part of the CCIA program one time throughout their time at Columbia University. Therefore, students are not eligible to apply for any CCIA positions (even with a different CCIA employer) once a CCIA internship has been completed.
Students who are studying abroad are encouraged to apply. Interviews will be conducted over the phone. Please indicate that you are studying abroad in your cover letter.
*Please note, by submitting an application, you authorize the Center for Career Education to conduct academic, disciplinary and financial aid checks to confirm program eligibility and inform funding decisions. Certain University policy violations may disqualify you from consideration for the CCIA program.
