A great way to recruit Columbia students is to take advantage of on-campus interviews. This allows employers to maximize their recruiting efforts by accommodating the busy academic schedule of students and hosting interviews in the Center for Career Education offices.
To schedule on-campus interviews, employers can login to LionSHARE and request a date. Our interview rooms are available Mon – Fri, 9 am – 5 pm. All interviews must conclude by 5:30 pm. For step-by-step instructions on how to request an on-campus interview schedule click here.
If you are unable to come to campus, but still wish to make use of our interview scheduling services, we offer video conference interviews. Standard room charges and scheduling details apply.
$100 per room/day (confirmation of your reservation will be provided upon approval from our office). Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Interview Schedule Types
Preselect - Alternate
Resumes are collected during specified times with respect to the interview date. After the resume submission period has closed, you can go in and select students as accepted or alternates to sign up for interviews on a first-come first-served basis.
Qualified students have the opportunity to sign up in available time slots online, on a first-come, first-served basis. Employers use this for their open office hours on campus or the Recruiter in Residence Program which helps you connect with students through informational interviews.
Greeters / Recruiting Coordinators
Some employers will send greeters in addition to the interviewers on the day of the campus interview. Please note that we do not have offices available for greeters. However, they are welcome to greet and prepare students in the waiting area.
