WHAT WE OFFER

CCE offers video conferencing for job and internship interviews and employer presentations.

WHO WE SERVE

Only employers, and students from the following schools may use our video conferencing services.

• Columbia College
• The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science
• The School of General Studies
• The School of Continuing Education (Master of Science Programs and Post-baccalaureate Certificate Programs)
• The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences
• The School of the Arts
• The Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.

Note: Students must also be eligible for On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) by first agreeing to the policies and procedures available here.  Further information on OCR is available here.

TECHNOLOGIES

The two types of conference technologies that we offer are:

• IP (H323) - This is our preferred method of connection.
• ISDN - We only accept incoming ISDN calls.

Please Note: Both of these connection types are for video and audio only and do not include desktop or file sharing.  Any advanced technology requests should be directed to CUIT at askcuit@columbia.edu

RESERVATIONS

Reservations for our video conference suite are subject to availability and are scheduled through our OCR system.  CCE is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM and therefore accomodations for some overseas conferencing may not be possible.  Reservations must be requested at least three business days in advance to assure adequate time to schedule and complete a test call.
